Pumpkins on a Truck Inc. reserves the right to refuse to deliver, arrange, or remove any pumpkins, gourds, or straw bales if the company, or any installer acting on its behalf, has deemed it unsafe to do so. This can include but is not limited to:

Unsafe or blocked access to the delivery location
Hazardous conditions such as icy or uneven walkways, steep inclines, or unsafe stairs
Locations where displays cannot be reasonably or safely placed

In the event the company and/or the installer deems it unsafe to complete a delivery or setup, no discount will be given and the customer agrees to pay the full agreed-upon price.

Product Sizes & Variations

Pumpkins, gourds, and straw bales are natural products. Sizes, colours, and shapes may vary from what is advertised or shown in sample photos. We do our best to provide accurate sizing and balanced displays, but all items are subject to natural variation.

Limitation of Liability

Pumpkins on a Truck Inc. or any of its installers are not responsible for any damage the customer may incur to property, assets, or personal injury during or after the delivery and setup. Such damages include, but are not limited to:

Scratches or damage to doors, floors, walls, ceilings, siding, concrete, or asphalt surfaces
Damage to furniture, fixtures, decorations, or landscaping
Injuries sustained to any person during or after the delivery or setup

Once the display has been installed, it is the sole obligation of the homeowner (or whomever they have appointed to be present) to ensure that the items remain safe and secure. Pumpkins on a Truck Inc. is not responsible if displays are moved, knocked over, damaged by wildlife, or altered after installation.

We collect, use, and retain personal information for the purposes of providing and improving our services. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you consent to Pumpkins on a Truck collecting, using, and retaining your information for:

Fulfilling and managing your order
Providing delivery and setup services
